How to: Morning Workout Routine with Josie Kaderly

Do you ever want to workout, but don’t have the time or feel like going to the gym?  The Scoop met up with Drury University student Josie Kaderly to see what she does to stay fit.  Josie likes to go on Pinterest and find easy workout routines to do in her apartment.  Kaderly was nice enough to go through a morning workout routine she found that she really enjoys.
